A small coaching brand I was looking at recently had a funny problem.
They were getting leads.
People were filling out their form.
People were even saying, “Yes, I’m interested.”
Everything looked good…
Until I asked:
“What happens after they fill out the form?”
Silence. 😂
Apparently, the process was basically:
Lead comes in → someone sees the notification → “I’ll follow up later” → life happens → lead disappears into the Bermuda Triangle. 😂
And the crazy part?
Some of those leads were genuinely interested.
The problem wasn't that they needed more leads.
They needed a better system for handling the leads they were ALREADY getting.
We started looking at things like:
→ Instant responses
→ Lead qualification
→ Follow-up sequences
→ Appointment reminders
→ Re-engaging people who went quiet
→ Notifications when someone showed serious buying intent
And it got me thinking...
A lot of business owners are probably sitting on opportunities they don't even realize they're losing.
Not because they're bad at business.
They're just busy running the business.
So I'm curious:
If someone became a lead for your business right now, what happens in the next 10 minutes?
No marketing answer 😂
Tell me honestly.
I'm interested in seeing how different businesses are handling this.
