QUESTION: Auto-creating documents and being able to preview them before sending

We are creating a proposal (contract) from a form and have it set to send within a workflow, however we really want to have it in draft so it can be reviewed by the sales person.
The process is: Sales person fills in details via form --> Form submitted --> data added to contract/proposal --> Needs to be in draft for review and then manually sent.
Right now we only see the ability to send a contract via a workflow. Creating it would have to be manually done.

Hey any chance that there will be an estimates and proposal API in the future?

I believe it would be awesome to provide your unique some solutions for legal firms, real estate, and credit repair clients due to their unique document needs. Currently attempting to build an app around the feature but it's very limited of what we can do. Would love to see that option available in the future

The proposal tool seems to have a bug

@Shivam Tiwari I've been using the proposal tool for a couple of months with no problem. Now, when I send it to leads, I'm getting an error. The prospect can't get in. She then sent me another message that she could get in using a different browser. I can't ask her anything else as we lost the sale. Price was too high for a custom build.
