Calendar and time zones

Jonathan Lindqvist · 2025-10-22T12:17:18.725Z

I’m experiencing some issues with my calendar time zone, which might also be related to my automations. I work with U.S. companies but am based in Finland, and I manually book my appointments. The problem is: when I book an appointment, it correctly shows my time zone. However, my booking and follow-up automations also display my time zone for the clients. Interestingly, when clients access the booking link themselves, it shows the correct time zone for them. Does anyone know why this happens or how to fix it? I’d really appreciate any guidance! Thank you in advance.
