New Release - Carrier Suspensions

Shivam Tiwari · 2025-02-10T14:39:40.472Z

Carrier Suspensions introduces an enhanced Sub-account Suspension Appeal Process for LC Phone sub-accounts, offering users clarity and actionable steps to address suspensions. This update empowers agencies to manage suspension resolutions independently, reducing reliance on external support and speeding up resolution times. A new banner communicates suspensions with customized messages and provides a Suspension Appeal Form for users to submit key details like contact information and compliance links. Upon submission, a support ticket is automatically generated, including the subaccount ID and agency relationship number, and the ticket number is shared for better visibility. This update improves user experience by providing clear steps, reduces turnaround time, and enhances transparency through linked support tickets. Now live for all LC Phone subaccounts, this update was released on February 10, 2025, by Nikunj Sharma's team, focusing on the phone system.
