I’ve recently encountered an issue with the WhatsApp integration in GoHighLevel.
I don’t understand why, when I create a new template and need to insert variables, sometimes it works perfectly, but other times with different templates, it doesn’t work.

Support told me it could be a glitch in the automation, but I’ve noticed it’s not related to that, it’s actually dependent on the template.

The problem is that I can't find a way to always create new templates with variables that work without issues.

Has anyone else experienced this kind of problem?
